What we process
We process the public URL, profile name, or media identifier you submit so the service can resolve metadata and prepare a requested stream. Operational logs and metrics may include status, timing, byte counts, and rate-limit outcomes; they do not need tokens or signed media URLs.
What stays in your browser
Your language, theme, blur preference, preferred quality, and temporary selection state may be saved in your browser when you choose to keep them. Downloaded media files are not stored in RedPuller preferences.
What we do not promise
Provider availability, public visibility, metadata completeness, and third-party CDN URLs can change without notice. RedPuller is not a private-media archive and should not be used to access restricted content.

Copyright mailbox processing
Messages sent to the support and copyright addresses below are received through Resend. Resend may process sender and recipient metadata, message content, and attachments to receive and provide access to these channels; copyright notices may be relayed under the configured rights workflow. No permanent storage or response timeline is promised.
Advertising and cookies
RedPuller requests selected ExoClick banner placements only for visitors in regions currently eligible under its launch policy. ExoClick advertising is disabled for visitors located in the EEA or United Kingdom, and advertising is not requested when location is unavailable. RedPuller remains usable without ads. No IAB TCF CMP is integrated in this milestone; serving ExoClick in those regions later would require a compliant consent solution first. Read ExoClick’s privacy and cookies information
Your controls
You can clear browser storage, close the session, or stop a profile scan at any time. You can turn preview blur on or off whenever you like.
